I'm really concerned that the Palisade won't be heavy enough to give me alot of flavor with only 2 ounces, and if either the Amarillo or Citra would compliment it! Also, I was considering using the Palisade as a late addition only, 20 minutes on, no bittering or first wort hopping if I did and APA....
