Long ttime no see
Wow it has been a long time. See many of the same faces so that is good. I havent brewed in two plus years and not sure I remember how. But now that we are finally settled into our house, it seems like a good time. Life has been hectic for the last three years. My wife and I got out of our townhouse...

Re: 2014 Fantasy Football
I gotta tell ya, last year was a tough pill to swallow. Honestly, Im not sure Ive completely gotten over how it all went down. I had a spot picked out for the trophy and the parade route all planned out. Moral of the story; Never dance with Seachickens in the pale moonlight!!! With that being said, ...

I knew swimming was lucky. We wont get too. But the coast is so amazing. Cliffs of 150ft plus into high tide. Low tide is death. We spent the entire day in Acadia National Park and saw everything. Golfing tommorrow sshould be stellar. Stoked...

Leaving for vacation tomorrow and we're going to Bar Harbour, Maine. Ive been working on my best Bostonian accent. 12+ hours in the car with my wife and 1 year old pug. Ive read a lot of books that the setting was in the New England area. And it sounds amazing. As the years add on I figure i...

Re: Wanna see what happens when you try to cancel Comcast
These sort of interactions crack me up. Its a big game to them. They give ya the run around for a stretch to get ya all riled up. Then the F bombs start flying and things get accomplished. Its amazing what happens when that word enters into the frey. It cuts through red tape like no other. I gotta m...

Agreed chuck, guns kill people the same way that pencils misspell words. Everyone has some valid points. After thinking on this for the better part of the day, I still havent come up with much. Good and bad resides in all of us. Good people do bad things and vice versa. The road to hell is paved wit...

You see all these shootings and disasters at other places and think boy that gotta suck for those folks. The stabbings this morning happened at a school i drive past everyday. They brought 8 of the victims to my work, 3 of which were rushed into surgery immediately. Its very surreal and honestly doe...

Re: Brewing Notebook
I print out a copy and keep them in a recipe box type thing. Temps, times, etc. and general observations of a particular recipe. I have a calendar that I write down name of brew on the date; then 3 weeks later give or take I write when I bottled; I count out 6 weeks from bottling date and write down...
