Re: I'm sorry Dave, I can't do that

It's like they miss the fact that there are different beers and people like that. They want to make the beer that appeals to the craft brew drinkers current tastes. But there is no one brew to rule them all.

That's what I use for a lot of things now. It's nice because it makes it easy to share with a friend of mine who is just starting to get into brewing.

I didn't even really think about that. I emailed a couple of the local beers that I purchase in my area that have cans. It seems like most of them have the hard plastic connectors that go over the cans.

Biodegradable 6 pack rings

http://www.craftbeer.com/brewers_banter/saltwater-brewery-creates-edible-six-pack-rings It's neat to see the small guys are still innovating with everything they can get their hands on. A couple of weekends ago I worked on a volunteer team to help clean up parks and public spaces in my area. The amo...

Re: Northeast IPAs - cloudy.....murky?

I actually had an IPA like that a couple of months ago. Didn't realize it was a style thing. I thought something got messed up but I tasted it and it was good so I drank the rest. Now I need to go see if I can find where I wrote down what it was.

Thanks for that. I only have limited experience since I have grown my hops out of planters. But that should help.

Growing Hops in Michigan

A while ago I ran into a document about growing hops in Michigan. It had a recommended list of varietys that could be grown in Michigan and some that were difficult. It also had recommendations for fertilizer mixes and common problems for Michigan hop growers. Does anybody know where I might find so...

The guys at BrewDog have released all of their recipes for homebrewers to use.

Re: Brewing related baseball cap

When I get home I will check, I have two Sam Adams mesh ball caps I won at our HBC Xmas party. I think they just say Samuel Adams. Search Sam Adams mesh ball cap, if that will work I will send you one. Thanks for the offer but I would rather avoid mesh. I'll have to check out the stone ones. I got ...

So duff, just so I'm sure, are you just looking for something NOT brewing related and just want a pa...

The borg works fast. That is pretty close I might be able to get away with it. I like the logo too.

Brewing related baseball cap

I would like to replace it with something similar but am having problems finding one that fits all my criteria. I am looking for one that has pretty s...
