how many pounds of apples are needed to make juice for a 2G batch size? I collect the apples in a 5 gallon bucket - a bucket full is around 20 lbs. and makes a little over a gallon of juice. Hi - I'm new here. I have an apple tree in the yard that produces around a 1,000 lbs. of apples each year - most of which end up in the yard waste bin.
