So anyway, yesterday at Easter ... "Tom's Basic Stout" was a hit. My son really liked it. He said it was a nice stout with flavor, yet smooth and not overly heavy. He was right. No sense posting the recipe, just 2row base malt, a lb of black malt, and a moderate amount of nugget hops boile...

It's all good.

I'm glad you like it! A local craft brewery had a sour stout ... I tried it in the tasting room. Sour is not for me, except Guiness Draft.
