Hi everyone! Last night I just tasted my first beer. Granted, it was a kit recipe - but I'm all in now. My girlfriend, who doesn't usually like beer, was wild about it. Right now in the fermenter there's a (hopefully) low-ish carb oatmeal stout. It smells fabulous. I also just scored a kegerator off...
