cant start anything until I find a place to live in march. one of the joys of renting... stupid owners who tell you they want a long term tenant , then once you get comfy they decide to sell the house out from under you. 2nd time in 10 years here. yay! im too old and fat for this crap.

got no problem with the responsible harvest of animals for meat but beer? somehow meat beer seems like an abomination to me. now meat WITH beer is yum. as is beer with meat.

every rye extract I can find is a blend and not just plain rye. don't they make just rye extract? if not why? I know you can mash rye (I think they suggest using rice hulls too) but I just find it odd that they don't sell it already made for you.
