I just recently picked up a 15 gal with a valve and therm when midwest had a 15% off sale. Haven't used it yet but it seems really nice.

I really enjoyed the El Diablo Blanco that I did, but I also don't enjoy many IPA's.

Been here for a little bit just never introduced myself. Been brewing since January of this year, so far all Mr. Beer stuff, but enjoying the hobby.
