Has anyone in Michigan heard of any recent legislation being passed to allow homebrewers to sell or distribute their brew to others besides club members?

I have been to Ezell supply multiple times. If you can get over the fact it is a cleaning supply company first, with a few homebrew supplies available, you can shave several dollars off the cost of each batch.
