Re: wort burn
I second what John says. Can't be bad to anoint your brew area with a bit of the product.

Re: What are you brewing/bottling?
Have a batch of MB Diablo IPA & a batch of MB Bewitched Amber Ale both done straight up since they are my first attempt (brewed same day) and almost done conditioning. I've got their seasonal Saison and Nut Brown plus a few recipes I picked up and want to brew but on temp hold because I'm remode...

Re: Hey all
JP & John, Thanks for the info! The other big obstacle is she doesn't like beer. Actually she doesn't drink much of anything except for the occasional Mikes and Piña Colada - while I'm an equal opportunity drinker. More for me. I'll have to check my notes but should be doing my first tasting ver...

Just curious on how the whole Montucky Beer and the Browns Avatar come together. Any insights that can actually get posted?

Re: Hey all
Well I actually win on several fronts with SWMBO. 1 she never really liked beer. 2. She's very supportive since I don't have a lot of free time to golf, fish, hunt anymore. 3. She contracted celiac's and thus unhappily gluten free - thus can't touch the beer. 4. I convinced her that I could make har...

Hey all
Hey Borg, Just wanted to take a minute an do an intro. New to this, got a Mr B kit at Xmas plus extra LBK. Brewed the BAA and Diablo IPA back in Jan and closing in on the 4 week mark of conditioning. Can't wait to see how they turn out! I've done a lot of reading on the other site and through RickBe...

Re: wort burn
Go buy some glass stovetop cleaner & polish such as Weiman, pour on a dollop, let it sit for a few minutes and then scrub with a cleaning pad. Weiman and other cleaners are designed to clean baked on ingredients. That or try making a paste out of Oxyclean.
Cheers
