That's what Brulosopher concluded too. I highly recommend his blog, he tests every presumption in brewing. I don't cold crash either, so I think my only conclusion is that fermenting three weeks helps, and adding everything to the fermenter doesn't hurt. Thanks for mentioning his blog. I'm learning...

That's a good idea Brewbirds. I think I'm just going to roll the dice and wait. I have too much beer in the garage as it is and I've got the rce coming up.

Thanks for your help. I should be covered for a while with this setup. Now all I have to do is drink the beer that I have on hand to make room a keg.

Here is the same kit you are looking at , but from who I have gotten all my kegging supplies from. I can't say enough good things about them. You might never be able to "buy once" though you would like to. :lol: I have This regulator with a 6 way manifold which is nice. I have one gauge s...

It's the same when people come to NYC and go to Times Square. I hate going there but out of towners think that is all that New York is.
