I usually start with what ever is appropriate for the style 04, 05. or 06, indeterminate style gets 05 . Your wanting to look at the hops, so I'd go with 05 'cause it's neutral. Finding just the right yeast is the last change I make a brew anyway.

Finally got them all moved(except for the miscellaneous paraphernalia that keeps turning up ) good thing I got a mini van pulled the seats out I was able to haul the big stuff, except the queen size box springs, in 2 trips. let them use the van Mon and Tues.. Now we're startin' to spread out.

Since the end of last Oct our daughter, her husband and kids been living with us. We were all at the mercy of contractors... We were told it would be right at a year before completion.
