No not malted, never did that and it looks very complicated after researching it. Was just hoping it was to wash em out and just smash em all up and boil heck out of it and and add few other things. Still clueless . Plan B. Would any master brewer here have simple instructions and simple ingrediants...

I have a question hope can help me with. I have the holiday cheer with cherry puree fermenting now. I have the hops and sack just laying in the wort in the Brew Demon conical 2 gal kit. When i go to bottle from the fermenter kit do i dig in wort to take out the hop sac to bottle or just leave it in?...

I brewed green beer, i brewed good beer and i brewed great beer. Not much differences in times or technique but it did make a difference. Now for my newbie question. Longer in fermenter better clearer etc.. but would sitting in the bottle conditioning for same amount time be same? I ask cause first ...

Time is right again to make beer. Shared my beers with friends and i was a hero. Lol. Couple questions for this round. I will be bottle priming again 16 ounce bottles. I have multiple Brew Demon beers that had bottle conditioned and bottle got hard. After months of conditioning some of the cheap bottle kit caps caused me to have soft bottles now. Can i add lil sugar again to it and try carb it up again? Or will it taste funky. I had a few that i just put in fridge...

Not sure the name. Appreciate this forum and all the awesome members helping out , stop us newbies from creating another loch Ness monster in our fermenters. Lol. Not enough study yet to do own boils just crazy ideas. I'll stick to HME cans lil longer.

Did a search for honey carb and didn't find any info. So was just sitting here watching the bubbler and yeast working in the fermenter and was thinking about bottle carb using honey instead sugar? Well took a break from hobby brewing for about yr and I just ordered three more batches Brew Demon HME to do. The excitement is returning and the patience is tested again.lol. Glad to see the forum still educational and kicking , time to study up again.

Ok twisted monk awesome beer. It is so smooth and flavorful. Dont know if im getting better beer making or it just a good beer, but it my favorite so far, and i really liked the other two before also.

Ok update. First batch is long gone best beer out batch was last one. Second batch halfway gone , Hellfire red. Some bottles were delicious some were lil pickle flavor. Rest are still conditioning room temp. Third batch twisted monk didnt try yet fell sick and on heavy cough meda and antibiotics so ...

Thats correct i did let one step flow through the spigot , but i was reading on here that i should take it apart and clean all inside. Didnt know could do that. The leak is from the knob part going into valve top where it is leaking but it did stop. Just got some sticky wort come out and staying aro...
