PS- my DH additions are via a hop cage (not the correct name) from Stainless Brewing in AZ... great product... you get the hop taste without the mess in secondary... I use sanitized cooking string tied to a "sanitized" cork to suspend the hop cage in the kegs. Can't beat it!
