Re: What are you drinking?
I had friends and family over today for dinner and we watched the Rangers loose The highlight was the Brick Warmer Red ale. It tasted great and everyone was comparing it to a Shinner BocK. The beer style of this beer is an American Amber Ale but it does taste allot like Shinner.

I am drinking an all grain Brick Warmer Red Ale. It's been in the keg for a week and has a nice taste! It is an interesting beer from start to finish, the flavor profile improves toward the end of the glass as the beer warms. 5.4 % ABV 9 lbs Pale Malt, Maris Otter 1 lbs 8.0 oz Crystal, Dark 1 lbs Wh...

Re: Well, Another New Member
Thanks to every one for the warm welcome!
Lets brew some beer!
I am planning a Belgian Specialty Ale for this next Sunday. I may have to get it started at 4 am to beat the heat. It is over 100 in my garage with two fans running. I love Texas.
