Our local TV just did a story on a bad Barley harvest this past fall. Apparently the Dakotas, Minnesota,mans Canada had unfavorable weather during the harvest (lots of snow), so the total harvest was low and grain quality suffered. They interviewd the people at Lakefront and New Glarus who agreed it...

Yesterday I got a 2x4 from the Borg (actually a nice email reminder).

Today brings a "new forum" message from Mr B, with bonus survey. If they resurrected all the old posts they lost last upgrade, it may be worth a look see. I remember many here lost quite a bit back then.

Yeah, the bees are getting obnoxious. The last one was hiding under the covers and got me went I went to sleep 2 weeks ago. Nowhere but up after that.

I've been lurking mostly for a while, while real life got a bit too real. Look forward to brewing in the Conical and rebuilding pipeline. Homebrew makes any year better!

The Brew Demon conical arrived today!

I am now in home brew step 1: RDWHHB.

I will repeat step 1 until this weekend when I will sanitize the universe and brew w/ the conical.

I will start a new thread to track that batch.
