Re: co2 tank in or out of the cooler?

Two actual kegerators tanks are outside, the keezer it's inside. Once the inside one is chilled completely I re-adjust the regulator.

Not so much brewed but started 2 different 6 gallon wine kits. First is WinExpert Moscato did this one before its a big hit and second WinExpert Island Mist Black Cherry and added half gallon of Cherry Wine base for added flavor and abv. Moscato started 1.072 Cherry 1.076.

Re: Inkbird Temp. Controller

I have a couple of the ITC-308's one is hooked up to the keezer the other I was using for strike water for small 5.5 gallon electric batches in my T-500 boiler. Good temp controllers.

They have been moving stuff lately wonder if it's inventory time? Huge sale on LME and DME for those that use extract.

Re: Faucets?

Have 3 of both, for the cost difference I will get the intertaps again when I put the keezer together. I have the flow controls but I don't have them on anything yet but a local small brewery here uses them and loves them.

Re: Question re: BIAB and wort storage

I still use my bag in the round cooler mash tun with the manifold, I still batch sparge when I brew this way. Don't have to worry about a stuck sparge using the bag. I do need to get a bag that will fit my kettles when I do BIAB.

Re: Grain Sale

Label Peelers is kind of local to me, it is closer to work but my LHBS is closer to home, they do have some great deals at times that sometimes are hard to pass up.

Re: Live with Kelly and Ryan: Homebrewing

Donna showed me the segment online, she is from a Brooklyn NY based homebrew club, Brewminaries. Was good to see that homebrewing was represented rather correctly for a TV talk show.
