I bought a 25’ 3/8” to start and it was fine. Then I borrowed my neighbors homemade 50’ and realized how much faster it was. Then I built my own hydra, which I currently use. I’d recommend the 50’ if you are just starting out.

For the record, Magic Hat is not craft either. But, to the point, when I visited Goose Island in Chicago, it was pretty terrible too. I thought they'd be better at the source, and tried to ignore the AB influence. But it was underwhelming at best.

Does anyone know what the maximum temperature this BrewDemon Conical Fermenter can handle? I am worried with how thin the plastic is hitting it with hot wort.
