Re: What are you brewing/bottling?
Bottled the Belgian pale ale today. 5.6% ABV, and smells awesomely good of peaches and pears! Also, this was my first brew that I batch primed. Was a lot easier and smoother than I pictured. Hopefully it all works out!

Re: Non standard brew equipment you use or want?
Screwy Brewer uses a dial thermometer that probes into the lid of the LBK, and debated doing the modification to my LBKs, but I'm not having any issues w/ fermentation temps in the brew fridge since I have the controller.

Re: First Post! Migrating from MB! Nay, running from MB!
Welcome, Jim! The good thing is this place has all the usual controls, and a familiar setup, so you'll be using it like if it was the old MB site. Plus this place doesn't discriminate on brewing equipment! Especially of the devilish persuasion, lol.

Scored a couple bombers, one each of New Belgium's Fat Tire and Sunshine Wheat beers. Excited to try them!

What are you brewing/bottling/kegging?
I feel the need to brew but I can't for a while. But currently I've got a Belgian pale ale in the fermenter that was dry hopped a week ago. Fixing to cold crash it in the next day or so, provided the gravity is terminal.

I am a Bruce Campbell fan by way of his work in the TV show Burn Notice. Haven't watched any of his movies though. May have to check em out!

Re: Having ice cream and watching X Files.
If you ever get a chance, look up a movie on Netflix called "Rubber". It's about a tire that blows things up with its mind. Yes, a tire. A car tire. It falls in love with a woman, too. It's really an oddly entertaining movie.

Greetings from Mr. Rufus and myself
My name's Phil, from Winter Park, FL and my cat Sebastian and I run Mr. Rufus Brewing Co. out of my kitchen. Been a homebrewer for almost 9 months now and I've learned a lot a long the way. I brew almost exclusively all-grain now by way of BIAB.

This looks great, Lou! The text could be a little brighter so that it's easier to read, but the design is fantastic
