The fermenter smells normal so far but it appears to be finished. Gonna let it sit another 10 days then see if there's magic there.

I've not been able to use a different theme or color since the forum crashed long ago and took days to get back up.....when it did, certain options were gone.

I did kits for a long while and they were all very good and easy. Then when I started creating my own recipes, I went and ordered a shyte ton of grains and hops and now I can brew on a whim if I want because I have everything I need at my fingertips.
Much, much cheaper too.

So easy to do and it really does make you feel good to do something nice for others. Sad it took me so long to figure that out.

Be careful what you ask for.....I can be overly chatty and quite boring if you push me. Actually, I used to post every time I brewed but I brew pretty often and try not to over do it. I got the catalog too but am in no need of a fermenter but, for me, that's too big to fit in my keezer.
I'd like to get into pressure fermenting one day though from what I've seen and read, other than speed, the final beer is no better or worse.
