You can get a 7 gallon stainless steel brew bucket from SS Brewtech for the same price as the catalyst system. It doesn’t have the trap at the bottom though. So if that’s necessary, then it’s not a comparison. But $200 for a stainless steel fermentor is a good price in my opinion. Sent from my iPhon...

That was from the first year in Nashville, I think it was 2015. I found one from him in my fridge about 6 months ago. Still tasted good too!!
