Re: BRAND NEW ezRecipe-RO© - βeta Testers Wanted

Absolutely. I will email you a copy later today. And thank you for all your help testing ezRecipe 2.01.02. As typical with software development I found myself running a little behind yesterday. Thankfully I was able to resolve the issue that had been holding me up yesterday. Today I will be testing...

Re: BRAND NEW ezRecipe-RO© - βeta Testers Wanted

I've decided that the best way to demonstrate new ezRecipe 2.01 features is by providing a series of short video clips. In response to a question from one of our beta testers this morning I created a YouTube video to show how to add a new grain type. As I'm sure you've heard before "a picture i...

Re: co2 tank in or out of the cooler?

I moved mine outside the refrigerator so I could fit four instead of just two kegs inside my economy sized refrigerator. Doing so also made the reading the gauge showing how much Co2 remaining more accurate. I also had to secure the Co2 tank to a wall to prevent the gauges from breaking if the tank ...

Re: Place To Go When Visiting Nashville

Thank you Swen for providing so many more options to consider. If you remember from our trip to Asheville my wife Eileen is not a beer drinker. Although she does enjoy an occasional cocktail or glass of wine. If you could point out a couple of places you'd recommend for non-beer drinkers that'd be g...

Re: Checking In

Congratulations. Moving into a new place is always exciting especially when you get to set up your own homebrew area from scratch. As for single vessel brewing, you're gonna love it!

Re: Place To Go When Visiting Nashville

Haha damn! I didn't see half of those places when doing a Google search. I knew you were the right people to ask this morning. I'm not sure what my schedule will be once I get there with the family but I'm always open to sharing some beers with Swen and fellow Borg members. Thank you for the recomme...

Re: Faucets?

After some searching on Amazon Prime I found the 575 SS replacement o-ring and ordered it. Even better it'll be delivered here today. I tried using one from Home Depot first but that didn't work. So hopefully I saved myself $45 and will get several more years out of my tap.

Place To Go When Visiting Nashville

I'll be visiting Nashville for St. Patricks Day week and was wondering which places the Borg recommends visiting while I'm there. It'll be my first trip there and at the top of my list are the best places to eat and drink great beer. Any suggestions and/or recommendations for the area are greatly ap...

Re: Faucets?

I have two SS Perlick faucets. One is a 'creamer' style (575SS) whose o-ring finally wore out after 7 years of use. The other is 'Perl' style (630SS). It's about 4 years old and still works like new. Does anyone know the best place to buy Perlick o-rings? I haven't had much luck searching for a repl...

Re: BRAND NEW ezRecipe-RO© - βeta Testers Wanted

Thank you Paul, I hope you're feeling better. I noticed they pretty much all use the simple "1ml yields around 10 IBUs in 5 gallons of 1.050 wort when boiled for 60 minutes" line. Except for Brew Brothers who provide the most detailed information I've found so far where they refer to "...
