I can’t remember what size freezer you have gotten. Are all the kegs going to sit on the floor or will any be sitting on the compressor hump? From the picture it looks like Co2 from the fermenter is pushing past the liquid in the bubbler. That’s a win in my book.

Remember the Wyeast date is the manufacturing date. So it was packaged December 18th. I don’t consider that to be old yeast.
