Sports themed gnomes ($10)
6" wooden parsons table leg from Home Depot ($3.50)
black paint and gorilla glue

Cut the leg, paint it black and glue the gnome to the cut part of the leg. The screw on the table leg fits right into a standard tap handle ferrule.

One could eliminate the table leg and just glue a ferrule to the gnome. I found the ferrules on ebay for about 3 bucks a piece and leave them on my taps.

Today was a good day. It started off with a morning hike amongst the Redwoods with my bestest buddy:

Then I came home and got a great deal on a cheat freezer to replace my wine fridge as my new fermentation chamber:

I will drain that glass again.
Such hilarious visions clamber

I am drinking ale today."

I don't always use a blow-off on my 6.5 unless it's a higher gravity brew and this porter is up there a little 1.077 and had a good starter using wyeast1726 Scottish Ale
