I woke up this morning and I found myself a beer along with the newspaper.

Borg members are the coolest people on the planet. Thank you. I will try it sooooooon. The only one of these I have ever had before was around 8 months old, and/or a clone I made myself.

@Kealia, although my own clones were great tasting, they were not the same as this. This stuff is just amazing, so much different then the old bottle I had before - and to my tastes so much better balanced then Enjoy By. I'd buy this all the time if it was around here. The bottle don't lie when it says "Pliny the Elder was a historical figure, don't make this beer one". Thanks!

I agree with your comments wholeheartedly. While I've really liked some of the Enjoy By releases because of the 'hop pop' that comes with them, Pliny is much more balanced.

Glad you enjoyed it and that it lived up to expectations.

Rainy day project - fun tap handles

Sports themed gnomes ($10)
6" wooden parsons table leg from Home Depot ($3.50)
black paint and gorilla glue

Cut the leg, paint it black and glue the gnome to the cut part of the leg. The screw on the table leg fits right into a standard tap handle ferrule.

One could eliminate the table leg and just glue a ferrule to the gnome. I found the ferrules on ebay for about 3 bucks a piece and leave them on my taps.
