Too often people make a change, and 2 days later say it did/did not work. That goes for meds and food changes also. Keep track (on paper) of the changes you make to see their impact.

Also, everyone is different. Some who get migraines find that caffeine helps. Some find it brings them on.

I recently went on a new med with 30 days at one dose, then double the dose "because the initial dose often does not work". The first dose did nothing, but 3 weeks into the higher dose I began experiencing the side effects and with the doctor's approval stopped taking it. Took that long to impact me.

Nightshade is a new term to me (just looked it up), I thought John was allergic to eating a blackout shade and couldn't figure out why he would do that...

For chronic arthritis, relief can often be found with Tylenol Arthritis Pain, which is an 8 hour med, taken every 8 hours. Depends on the severity. Movement is always good.
You want to be careful with tylenol if you drink alcohol, it can crystalize your kidneys and liver when it reacts with the alcohol

Because I'm not supposed to drink, bath, wash, or otherwise use my water unless I boil it first because someone pooped in the big city water storage tank or something.

So homebrew it is. I wonder if I can take a shower in it?

Apparently nothing bad really happened, the water was always safe, so we were under a boil alert for no particular reason. Only damage was to my pipeline. :: burp ::

Because I spent an hour and a half chiseling concrete today. A couple of the slates on the back steps are broken, and I'm replacing them. Of course, my lovely wife likes the new slates, and suggested I replace them all. Sure honey, no problem. Three cleared, just twenty seven to go. Well, maybe not.

Because I took some junk to the scrapyard, got some feed for my chickens and donkey, cleaned out the chicken coop, cut some limbs and brush, checked my trail cam in the woods, did some weed eating and now time for a couple beers. It's nice to be retired and I can do what I want at my own time frame, but when it is beer time IT IS BEER TIME.

Because I pulled Wandering Star (<-that boat) out of water today. She is on dirt and will remain there for Seven Months. (I can't breathe)
It will be okay...I have other boats. But she has never been out of water so long, and she might be scared.

Because I had to strip my bike down to bits and pieces to get all of the mud out of all of the places the mud went. Which was all of the places.

Nah I'm good, just chose not to. Just one of the reasons I've lost 45 lbs.
