Is there going to be a limited number of nominees per month, if so how are they picked? Or will it be unlimited number, 9 nominated, nine on the voting page?

I think I will start with something that I had considered but never implemented.

Incrementing the number of votes per number of choices. So something like 1-5 choices = one vote per member, 6-10 choices = 2 votes per member, etc.

It adds an interesting element in that everyone's second choice could win over first choices.
