I'm a Patreon member of Brulosophy (yes, I am a nerd) and get great deals all the time from Yakima. If I bought every month when I got a deal, I could go into business. However, a few months back the deal was almost free so I got a pound of each of these to try out in a few pale ales. I'm giving the Tangerine a try this weekend. Warrior to bitter and all Tangerine the rest of the way.
There's less info on the BRU1 and very few craft beers that I can find uses them. Dogfish Head did one as did Surly but the info is sparse. I did read somewhere that it pairs well with Citra in a rye recipe and I may try that. But, if anyone has tried these, I'd love to know your thoughts. If not, you'll get mine!
