Helping our Brew Brothers and Sisters hurt by the fires

Post by Beer-lord »

I don't want to advertise for any podcast but will say that while at the gym, I listen to 3 (Basic Brewing, Experimental Brewing and Brulosophy). They are different but all informative and enjoyable. While at the gym last night I listened to the Brulosophy podcast about the Camp Fire fire that specifically talks to guys from the Paradise Brew Club. I have to say, it was tough exercising and trying not to break down. Homebrewing is a wonderful hobby made up of the best people in humankind.
I've donated already to a generic group but after hearing this podcast, I felt I could donate to a group and feel more personal about it.

I know its the holiday season and money may be tight as you buy gifts but thing about how these folks are going to spend their holidays. There is a special Go Fund Me page for this group if you feel inclined to help. I've decided to donate what a brew day costs me and here's are links to the Go Fund Me page for Paridise: https://www.gofundme.com/HELPPARADISEBREW
The podcast can be found here: http://brulosophy.com/podcast/
If you do, please make a note letting those great folks know the Beer Borg cares.

Thank you!

Paul, thanks for posting this. I was actually going to post something similar but you beat me to it and really summed up need. I have made this a Global post so everyone will see it.

Another way to help is to donate to the Red Cross Camp Fires

Thanks again.

Our homebrew club has donated $100 to their go fund me page. It's a worthwhile cause and I'm sure they can use the help.
