And don't worry too much about brewing, people have been doing it for thousands of years. Just dive in.

Thanks for the warm welcome. Appreciate that. Thx for fixing the link to the guide. That helped! I will certainly post without hesitation. Most will be questions I fear. But shy I'm not. Nice to meet you all.

I am new to any beer forum. I have been brewing for 6 years now. Everything from all grain to extract kits and back again. I find extract brewing to be the less tedious and sometimes the most rewarding as I mix dented discount cans of malt extract and cobble some bags of hops together and throw in whatever yeast I have in the fridge(except bread yeast). I enjoy all grain and tend to brew small amounts of 3 gallons or less.

Hello Tom, welcome aboard! I like your methods, as I mostly do BIAB but will use partial mash or extract when pressed for time and low on beer. I'm drinking 15 Minute Pale now. (Well, not right now, as it is before breakfast)

Hello, My name is Pete. I'm new here and have just started beer brewing with the Brewdemon kits. My son and I have fun doing it and we've brewed 2 batches so far. We use well water from the base of the Olympic mountains. Good stuff. 2 questions: How do I kick up the carbonation in each bottle just a tad? Do I add a little more sugar than what the chart calls for? Any advise on that would be appreciated. And of course how do I get my 15% off on every order, everyday?

Hey Pete ... welcome to the obsession.

More sugar = more carbonation.
How much sugar are you currently adding to what size bottle?
