We did a cereal brew for one of our HBC meetings last year, each member used a different cereal. Mostly the cereal's flavor was fermented out, got some characteristics of the base cereal (oats, wheat, corn) but that was about it, maybe a "dry hop" would bring out some flavor but the high sugar content will start fermentation again and dry it out some more. My 2 cents.
