Happy Mardi Gras!

Post by Beer-lord »

Today is Fat Tuesday where we're supposed to let it all out. Tomorrow is Ash Wednesday where we fast and reflect.
But I'm brewing today while another projected 69% of locals stay home as well. But with all the tourist and the rest of the locals out, it'll be crowded, loud and rowdy. And for early March it'll was 39 when the first parades started this morning and with the wind, too cold for this southern boy but I'll bundle up and brew because it's a day off!

Glad you're brewing. I can't wait to brew again, but my weather has not been cooperating.

Going to the Mardi Gras was always on my bucket list years ago along with Sturgis and Daytona bike week and Vegas. I have been to Vegas multiple times but not the others. I am too old now to deal with that kind of party atmosphere. I too would rather stay home and brew beer and have a couple. Have fun BL.

Maybe to help Beer-lord celebrate we should all post topless pictures of ourselves.

Then again, maybe we shouldn't....
