I was trying to work it into our trip this summer, but we decided on Ireland instead of Belgium to pair with our Scotland trip. Watching a friend (and Yazoo brewer) touring over there right now via his FB posts... On his Cantillon stop yesterday, he shared a mid 1970s Geueze and a 2006 Amarillo kettle hopped Geueze with Jean. Jealous...

That's taking aged beer (especially the 1970s) to a new level. Blending aged with young is common but I've never heard of anyone aging a Geueze that long before.

One thing I have found to be most enjoyable in home brewing is being able to at least attempt to brew any sort of beer I want.

Swen, after I figure out how to bottle out of a tap and make sure it stays good, I would gladly send you a few. I haven't tried doing it yet but planning on it.

It's a moot point for me, since I live in Utah.

But I like experimenting, so I'd probably like to try some of the professor's or mashani's beers.

But I also just generally like beer, so any beer from anybody would be welcomed.

Bottling it off a tap isn't difficult if it's not going to be in the bottle long. Just fill a bottle from the tap. To do it "right" you want to use something like a Blichman beer gun with the "optional" accessory kit (doesn't work without it, so I'm not sure why it's optional) or a counter fill home made bottle filler.
