Water profile for a Hazy beer

Post by Beer-lord »

I've been asked by my niece to brew a hazy beer for her wedding. I seem to suck at this. My NEIPA's have not been bad, just un-NEIPA like. I get the haze, just not all the delicious, juiciness.
I've read Scott Janish's book as well as probably everything on the nets and there is just no consensus on water treatment for these beers. Everyone has their own spin on this. Treehouse's treatment is almost the opposite of Juicy Bits from WeldWerks. Yet they are both well known for their beers.
I'm curious if anyone has a version they like and would like to share their water profile and recipe.
