Back at brewing still a newbie
Time is right again to make beer. Shared my beers with friends and i was a hero. Lol. Couple questions for this round. I will be bottle priming again 16 ounce bottles. Will cold crashing the LBK put yeast out suspension to bottle carb ? Also i tell people i make my own beer, am i really able to say that to other beer makers that have their own recipes and ingredients when i order pre made Hme cans recipes etc... and just follow pre made instructions.?

Cold crashing will leave enough yeast to bottle condition, and YES you can tell people you brew your own beer, if nobody else brewed it for you from your stove top then you brewed it!!!! BREW-ON!!!! ENJOY!

Right on...Hell yea you brewed beer. And don't let those that brew all grain and write their own recipes put you down for using extract. There's nothing wrong with it, and as long as you are making beer you like to drink, then the job is done!!!

No, you can't say you make your own beer. It's illegal. If you say it, then the FBI will come arrest you. They will seize your beer for testing. You may be confused when it happens, because they will have names that seem similar to people on this forum. That's just a coincidence, it isn't forum members trying to steal your beer. Cooperate.
I have over 9,000 posts on "another forum", which means absolutely nothing. Mr. Beer January 2014 Brewer of the Month with all the pomp and circumstance that comes with it...
