Bummer. Those 300+ employees are all owners. New Belgium was an employee owned company, so they are rightfully entitled to some sort of buyout payment. Would all depend on how they do their “shares” in the company.
That was a nice facility when we toured it in Asheville. They employees/owners received a lot of really cool perks. One of which was a paid week trip to Belgium. I think they got that after 5 years. I bet that perk goes away.
