Just got a BrewDemon as well. Started with the 1 gal. kit. If all goes well, I will add another to stack....two batches are better than one! Look forward to upgrading as I go along.

Welcome Norman! That sounds great! This is a really fun and productive pastime. When I was brewing small batches I made one every couple of weeks to accelerate my learning. I'm not sure it really helped, :) but eventually I made good beer.
Making beer and stew for the Zombie Apocalypse.
Never mind, there it is.

Welcome to the forum! And so it begins. Start out small then end up with a room full of pots/carboys/bottles/kegs/couple hundred pounds of grains/hops/toys, etc.... LOL it's a nice obsession.
