Cocoa Powder > Chocolate Malted Grain > Cacao Nibs.

Granted, when I want chocolate, what I want is sweet. I find cocoa powder, with some lactose, gives me the best sweet chocolate taste and creamy mouthfeel. Chocolate malted grain is nice for chocolatey complexity. Cacao, which sounds like something Steven Tyler would shout as he threw the nibs in his kettle, is too bitter for my liking.
