Today I Brewed a Slurp Juice New England IPA 5G Extract w/steeping grains recipe from Jasper's Homebrewing. It had a lot of hops, including some whirlpool and steep after the boil and then two dry hop additions @ 1 and 2 weeks later.

That sounds pretty good to me. I'm personally getting tired of the crazy hazy craze but I'm still drinking the better ones. Not everyone is very good.
But, I've even started doing late addition only hops in my West Coast IPA's and they've been very good though somewhat different.

Brewed a 1.047ish Wit Bier, but used T-58 as the yeast. Since it will ferment cool it will be more peppery then bubblegum, and I used meridian hops to increase the lemon/citrus vibe, and used a little bit (5oz) of sugar to dry it out a tad.

I have a Czech Pilsner Lagering in the mini fridge right now. Would like to give a shout out to our LHBS Brewstock for staying open during these crazy times. Since I don’t have much space left for Beer brewing, I started dabbling with Kombucha Brewing. Takes very little time to brew a gallon for first fermentation. Maybe 30 minutes. Has anyone brewed this and/or tasted Kombucha? Very interesting hobby with many possibilities

I made kombucha a few years ago. I started it from a bottle I bought at the grocery store. It fermented and grew a scoby. After the first batch, I got a daughter scoby on the next batch, so I started two batches. I stopped brewing it when it got cold, because I keep my thermotat low, and I didn't trust that the right critters would be doing the fermentation at the lower temperatures. Then I never got back into it.

I would usually let it ferment, keep part of it for the next batch (it helps to get the pH correct) and put the fermented Kombucha in a Grolsch bottle with a bit of fruit juice. It's been a while, so I forget the details. I think I may have also added a little sugar and left it out for a couple of days to carbonate.

@BPGreen
The starter Kit was pretty cool and had everything needed for the first gallon. Yesterday I bottled 6-16 oz flip-top bottles. That Scoby is a very interesting creature. I used puréed strawberry, blueberry, blackberries and a little fresh ginger as sugar. I’ve read different opinions on whether to "burp" the bottles or not to prevent bombs.
Anyways this stuff had lots of probiotics, enzymes and is good for gut and overall health. I gave Kombucha a try until my Lagers are ready. Two more days before refrigeration. Thanx for the reply.

I was finally able to brew on Sunday and it was the first time this year. I brewed my Citra-Nilla IPA. First time in over a year that I've brewed that recipe and I can hardly wait for it to be ready to drink.

I keep saying I'm going to try your Citra-Nilla recipe and just keep forgetting about it. Maybe when I grow up. It does sound like a winner.
