It wasn't my day for brewing and I don't think I've ever brewed on Homebrew Day but maybe in the future. Hope some Bories got to have a great day.

I didn't know it was national homebrew day, but I planned to brew, anyway.

Then I discovered that soaking in Oxiclean didn't get everything off the bottom of the mash and boil, so I'm starting an overnight mash now and will brew tomorrow.

To quote Maxwell Smart, "Missed it by that much."

I brewed my Four Point Pale Ale yesterday. First brew since last fall, so it felt good to get back in the game. And everything turned out great. No issues and hit all my numbers.

Bottled an IPA brewed with Belgian pale ... Maris Otter ... and Zythos.
1st pour slated for Flag Day.
