Theme Choices, Pick a Color!
Some of you have mentioned that the background is dark and makes it difficult to see text and certain parts of the forum! I personally like the darker theme since I find it easier on the eyes, but choice is good and I decided to activate the option to allow user to pick which theme they want to have. The Default will still be the Dark theme but if you want to change it you can do so by going to the User Control Panel (the gear icon) in the top inner right side of the forum and click on Board Preferences. There you will find an option to change the theme to a "light" version.
Please remember that there are still a lot of things that I will be working on and things may just randomly change. Also know that at some point I will be changing the theme(s) altogether so that the main site, forum and gallery all match and are more uniform in the look and feel.
Enjoy and Keep on Brewing!

Re: Theme Choices!
I happen to like the 'ultra blue' version better than the dark but it might be my old eyes.
Thanks much for giving us another option.

THANKYOU
Re: Theme Choices, Pick a Color!
I prefer the dark version, but thank you for the choice!
Fill with mingled cream and amber,
I will drain that glass again.
Such hilarious visions clamber
Through the chambers of my brain.
Quaintest thoughts — queerest fancies,
Come to life and fade away:
What care I how time advances?
I am drinking ale today.

Note to self. Don't change display from dark to light version when in a dark room. 'Bout burned my retinas out!

Re: Theme Choices, Pick a Color!
Now, how can I list more posts per page? I put them most recent first, but it's only doing 5 per page.

Re: Theme Choices, Pick a Color!
Rick, I'm not sure what you're referring to? Each topic will display 10 posts before starting a new page. I changed my setting to mimic yours and I don't see any difference. Please let me have a few more details so I can look into it further.RickBeer wrote:Now, how can I list more posts per page? I put them most recent first, but it's only doing 5 per page.
Which theme are you using?

You're right, it's 10. Looked shorter, but it's 10. That's the max?

Re: Theme Choices, Pick a Color!
Right now it is the max. With the site being so new I don't want to make a change that might jeopardize board performance. I will see if it's something that can be changed in the future once we have some time and experience under our belt.RickBeer wrote:You're right, it's 10. Looked shorter, but it's 10. That's the max?
