I am using the Grolsch bottles for this run of beer. I used the Irish stout brewdemon mix. I was trying to go by a recipe but I did not have any boysenberries so i used some goji berries instead, a cup of honey and some ginger.
So anyway i let this sit in the 2 gallon brewdemon fermenter for 14 days then i bottled. So after 6 days i did a pressure test on 1 bottle and there was a lot of pressure. Do i need to burp the bottles or just wait another 8 days and sample a bottle

When did you add the fruit and honey? Those sugars will ferment out. Were the berries fresh, frozen or boiled? Fresh might contain other things that will consume sugars too.
In any case, Grolsch bottles are pretty robust. I would refrigerate a bottle for two days and then taste it. If it's not way overcarbed, you're good.

I added the fruit and berries in hot not boiling water. The berries were dehydrated and frozen. I did run then berries in a blender first. I grow and dehydrate my own goji berries. Would it be better to use fresh berries in the summer?
Re: Second batch
I think frozen is better than fresh in terms of sanitation. Fresh fruit may have wild yeast living on it, or other living things that will change the taste of your beer. Whatever went in is in, and it may not be bad. It almost certainly is not unhealthy for you. I would chill one, and put the rest somewhere safe in case a bottle bursts. A cardboard box inside a plastic tote would work.
Good luck, keep us posted.

I just checked my bottles. Glad they are in a plastic container. 2 of the bottles exploded. I burped the rest and 3 more had high pressure
