BAD Hme?

Hi another new guy question.

I just opened a can of HME Brewdemon Black bishop
It seem to have lumps kind of chucks on top of can kit was sitting in a box on its side . Date still good until 10/2022
Lumps normally in the can? My first experience like this.

Some of the sugar probably crystallized.

If the can wasn't dented (or worse, bulging), it should be fine.

Actually, dents are only a problem if they're near a seam.

Ty.. figure it was something like that. Laying on its side in box for who know how long.. no bulged can no dents
