Second batch

Yes BrewDemon and Mr. Beer kits are pretty darn easy but sometime you need a little help from the Borg to get you on the right track. Post your questions here!

Second batch

Post by clay5769 »

My second batch oatmeal stout. Not a big fan of stout but came with the kit.

Taste pretty good maybe try some of my peanut butter whiskey with it.

Here you go, Duck.

I have a friend that drinks it and says it good. Your mileage may vary.

So are these heavy on the peanut butter? Or do they still taste like whiskey, only with a touch of peanut butter flavor?

To me it's a heavy peanut butter taste with a little burn in the end. Kind of like fireball whiskey where it gives you the heavy fireball cinnamon flavor first taste then the little burn at the end.. its nothing like say a flavored vodka where it's all vodka with a wiff of flavors.

I can drink a bottle pretty quick just sipping it a few times a day.

It's not really syrupy or heavy IMOP
I like it a lot..
