I just tried a batch of beer with dehydrated orange peels and coriander. I did the ten minute boil and added the HME was I suppose to strain out the orange peel or leave it to go into the fermenter with the wort?

When I use dried orange peel and/or coriander seeds, I grind it all up in a coffee grinder and it just goes into the boil and then into the fermenter.
The only issue if it's bigger chunks is that it might clog up your spigot later.
