All grain brew

Hi
I've looked around haven't found any do they make a 100 grain brew kit with all the ingredients.
I want to try all grain brewing ive been looking for a starter type kit everything there with instructions

There are five gallon grain recipes that can be bought from the online homebrew stores. You might try going to five gallons, or splitting the recipe in half.

Northern Brewer / AIH have little 1 gallon and 2 gallon AG kits.

A 1g kit would be pretty easy to do stovetop in a little pot BIAB style which is how I believe those kits are meant to be used.

Also Brooklyn Brew Shop sells little 1 gallon starter kits.

They are expensive compared to a 5 gallon kit though.

Some 5 gallon kits come with all separate ingredients (MoreBeer), and some come pre-mixed (most other places). The pre-mixed kits, you might get inconsistent results trying to brew a half batch because who knows what is in the half bag you used.

If you decide you like it and want to go all in, I highly recommend you get something like a Mash & Boil or some other similar simple eBIAB thing. It will make your life much easier for full sized batches. They are a PITA stove top compared to something like one of those.

On a little different note, you could try some bigger extract kits and can learn about hop additions and steeping grains which is very close to mashing but a touch more forgiving and can play with different yeast that can totally change the way your beer taste . Just a thought on climbing the brewing ladder and can make great beer on the way up.

I second the electric system suggestion. It makes life *so* much easier. There are a lot of options available these days. I've got the mash and boil. I might choose the digimash today.

Who am I kidding? I'd cheap out and get the digiboil and use a paint bag.

But you'd probably be better to get something with the malt pipe.

buying in bulk ... i can brew a 2.5G IPA for ~$15 +/- $2 ...
