Kitchen Faucet-to-Chiller Connector
kitchen remodel currently underway includes a goose-neck faucet for the new sink.
sprayer is incorporated in the faucet's head similar to the image.
the head unscrews to expose a female thread.
have been using a simple 'garden hose' type adapter to connect the hose from the old faucet to a basic SS chiller; however ... the fittings on the new faucet won't accept the garden hose adapter.
don't see a way to connect the hose to the new faucet.
anyone else know how to do it?

Re: Kitchen Faucet-to-Chiller Connector
I have that exact same faucet. I'll take a look at it today to see if I have any ideas.

Kitchen Faucet-to-Chiller Connector
I need a new faucet because the knobs leak when running, but refused to get one with a sprayer because I couldn’t hook up my chiller to it like my old one. So I have Delta faucets sending (free) replacement parts to stop the leaks. I hope you find a solution and let us know if ya do so I can upgrade.
(Seems there would be a fitting to fit the female threads) like a fermenter barbed fitting with male end … Do you have pics of the female?

Herb, I think but not sure them new style faucets have a oring push-on, on the aerator and there is a push on to garden hose adapter available. Somebody on here posted on it and think could have been bpgreen. Otherwise might have to do some plumbing in the cupboard underneath and put a split and valve in to go to garden hose.

Not I. At least I don't think so. I've been doing no cool for a long time. Before that, I was using a swamp cooler pump recirculating ice water.berryman wrote:Herb, I think but not sure them new style faucets have a oring push-on, on the aerator and there is a push on to garden hose adapter available. Re: Kitchen Faucet-to-Chiller Connector
sorry for taking so long to respond.
we're re-modeling the kitchen and had to get stuff done ahead of the cabinet installers.
as for the faucet; we decided to ditch it and got one better suited for my brewing needs.
thanks to all who offered their help.
again ... sorry for not getting back to y'all sooner ...

Eek, I forgot to check this out - sorry. Glad it worked out for you!
Re: Kitchen Faucet-to-Chiller Connector
Herb, just out of curiosity did you find no way to connect a garden hose adapter to that style faucet head?

didn't find one so we got a different faucet.berryman wrote:Herb, just out of curiosity did you find no way to connect a garden hose adapter to that style faucet head?
could probably have kludged a few fittings together; however ... the original faucet attachment point was made of plastic ... couldn't find plastic fittings ... and the fittings I could find were brass. figured the plastic threads would degrade over time so we just bought a different model with a compatible attachment point ...
