Enjoy By-it's coming back to Louisiana
And here I was thinking we'd only get it once a year and it pops up in the fall. Yeah Boyz!

I'm going to need to borrow some money to stock up on these. Last time we got one, I kept one around a bit longer than Stone wanted and it was still a 100 on my scale so I think I may squirrel away a few for lean days.

We are very simple folk down in the south. It doesn't take a whole lot to make us happy. Give a guy a cold beer and some crawfish and we'll leave everyone else alone for a good while.

Why do you always have to bring the crawfish boil into the mix?Beer-lord wrote:We are very simple folk down in the south. It doesn't take a whole lot to make us happy. Give a guy a cold beer and some crawfish and we'll leave everyone else alone for a good while.

Agreed. Next time we swap beers there better be some crawfish in the package, too.

Because it's been more than 6 weeks since I had some and likely not until next March before I can boil more.BlackDuck wrote:Why do you always have to bring the crawfish boil into the mix?Beer-lord wrote:We are very simple folk down in the south. Well that and the fact that you don't have any either.

So do you boil those crawfish for a bittering boil or an aroma boil?Beer-lord wrote:Because it's been more than 6 weeks since I had some and likely not until next March before I can boil more.BlackDuck wrote:Why do you always have to bring the crawfish boil into the mix?Beer-lord wrote:We are very simple folk down in the south. P.S. I think it's funny that the spell-check wants me to replace crawfish with "crayfish". Even us northern farm-boys know that ain't the right way to spell it.

It appears Stone didn't wait long at all for the next batch to be made....we just got 10.25.13 and usually its 6 weeks or so apart from each shipment but there's 11.12.13 out in many more places than I can remember them shipping them too.
So, if your area didn't get the last one, 10.25.13, the 11.12.13 should be there soon.

The 10.25 came back to "Northern California", too - but it depends on how you define that. This state is so damn big it's not really near me. It's more centrally located, but that's OK. I got a good fill of the last release and am ok waiting a while for the next round to be released here.
