5.5 gallons of an Irish Red Ale, now for the next 3 weeks I wait.... now I need patience...... walk away.... walk away....

Sitting next to that carboy is now a carboy of Honey Rye Cream Ale. Have another carboy in the basement (lager) of a Munch Helles. Now the wait.... and wait.... and wait....

Brewed a S'mores Stout a few weeks ago for a Winter Homebrew Fest. It turned out pretty nice. I mashed with graham crackers and cocoa power and I torched the marshmallows before throwing them into the boil. Next up is an Oberon clone.
