Green Flash "Green Bullet"

Post by bucknut »

Image

Just had this last night, and it was very good. Very balanced for a triple ipa and had a hop flavor and aroma that was very different than any hop I've ever tasted.

Aroma was of tropical fruits, alot like juicy fruit gum. Taste was of more tropical fruit and the bitterness quickly gave way to some sweet malt and then a little alcohol heat. Couldn't identify the fruit flavor but it was different and dangerously easy to drink.

I do love their West Coast IPA.

Never mind, there it is.

I'm a big fan as well. I'm going to hunt for this one this weekend.
On a similar note, I see they are opening a new brewery in 2015 in Virginia Beach. So that's the 3rd brewery from the West Coast to open on the East Coast. Gent's and Ladies, we should start our own brewery very soon.

ABOUT THE LOCATION:
View Map The 2nd Brewery for Green Flash Brewing Co. will be located in Virginia Beach, VA. Situated on a 9-acre industrial plot of land on the corner of Corporate Landing and General Booth Blvd—15 minutes from the beach by car
ABOUT THE BUILDING:
View Building Our Virginia Beach location will feature a 58,000sq ft building to accommodate the 100,000 barrel brew house, and we will welcome visitors to our large Tasting Room and Beer Garden. An extensive brewery tour program, retail store and on-site private event space will provide customers with many opportunities to glean the great passion and commitment to quality that goes into the creation of Green Flash brews and to share in the Green Flash experience first-hand.
SIZE OF SITE: 9 acres
BREWERY SPECS: 58,000 sq ft

OK, but let's just take it slow to start off. Maybe a 10 barrel like this one to start off with.

A beer Borg brewery theory starts to get fantasizing wings through collective units individual interest ( which a shouldn't happen in a collective :p ) and takes off.

Will my circuits be fried if I join the fantasy because I have 1200 plus square feet of unused space in my housing allotment to use as theoretical location hmmmm.... what to do about the drought affect?

Just picked up a 4 pack at a local store. They had 2 1/2 cases on the floor. If someone can't find it and would like to try one, PM me and let me know, I'll get one to you. Don't know I'd call it a triple, but a damn good IIPA.

So far, it's not at my normal places but I'm told it will be on the shelves by next weekend. I'll grab some soon.
If its Green Flash, it's good.
